TechFest is hosting more than 500 high school students from more than 20 regional high schools to spend a full day with us on Nov 19, 8am to 2pm, experiencing:
- Six inter-school tech competitions to win the coveted “TechFest Cup” for their school (website design, forensics, network assembly challenge, more)
- A huge “Career & College Expo”, with 30+ employers, start-ups, universities, and colleges showing off their cool stuff and why Northeast Indiana ROCKS!
- 10 different educational breakout sessions on how to start a new business, improve your interviewing skills, write a killer resume, and project management, and more…
- A Compelling keynote speaker “Extreme Interview Makeovers”
- A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have experts coach and guide students on how to fix their first impression and interview better.
We NEED YOU to fill our College & Career Expo – Join us in providing information to students of Northeast Indiana on where to get their education and to find STEM careers in their own backyard. There is no booth charge! The expo will run from 8:00 am till 3:00 pm on the day of the event. Each student receives points for every expo booth they visit so plan on being very busy. You may just find your next star student, intern, or employee!
