Harris Corporation to Acquire Exelis – Complementary, Adds Scale and Strengthens Core Franchises

MELBOURNE, Fla. and MCLEAN, Va., Feb. 6, 2015 Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) and Exelis, Inc.
