The organization is a collaborative effort between the Dekalb, Wells and Whitley County economic development organizations to identify and coach businesses in northern Indiana who are interested in becoming part of the domestic defense industrial base of the United States and can provide the American-made goods and services necessary to support and sustain the United States military and allied forces in the event of a global conflict.
